Return / Refund Guidelines
- Please initiate the return/refund at eshop.tastiway.com within 7 days from the date of receiving the goods.
- No returns shall be accepted AFTER 7 days from date of receiving the goods.
- The goods must be in good conditions. No refund will be granted should the goods are used, damaged.
- The packaging should also be in its original condition in original shipping packaging/container as received.
- The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together.
- Please email /contact us for a speedier handling.
- Once we have checked and confirmed that the goods/products are good for refund, the refund will be processed.
- Customer will receive their refund within 7 working days after the confirmation.
- Should you do not receive the refund after 7 working days, please contact us.
