How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation detail with a tracking number.
What are the delivery times?
Estimated delivery times are 3 – 5 business days for standard shipping within Malaysia.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to change or cancel, contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Or else, we cannot guarantee changes.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
You may return the items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Credit/Debit Card Payments
Is it safe to enter my card details on you e-shop?
Absolutely. All card transactions are processed via ADAPTIS by NTT data. Your card details are encrypted during transmission.
Do you store my credit/debit card number?
No. It is used only to process your current transaction. We do not record, retain or use your card number for any other purposes.
What happens if my payment is declined?
If your card is declined, you will see a message at checkout. Please check your card details or contact your bank. You may also choose an alternative payment method.

Our Freeze-Dried Baby Porridge is suitable for babies 6 months and above.
What is the recommended age for your freeze-dried yogurt melts?
Little Fingers Freeze-Dried Yogurt Melts are suitable for babies 10 months and older. The yogurt melts are made to melt quickly in the mouth, but adult supervision is always required.
When can I introduce your freeze-dried mini fruit to my child?
Our Freeze-Dried Mini Fruit is suitable for toddlers 10 months and above.
