However,you might have some reasons and would like to make a return .

To make a hassle free refund, please follow the following guidelines.

RETURN/REFUND GUIDELINES

1.   Please initiate the return/refund at eshop.tastiway.com within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.

2.   No returns shall be accepted AFTER 14 days from date of receiving the goods.

3.   The goods must be in good conditions. No refund will be granted should the goods are used, damaged.

4.   The packaging should also be in its original condition in original shipping packaging/container as received.

5.  The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together.

6.   Please email /contact us for a speedier handling.

7.   Once we have checked and confirmed that the goods/products are good for refund, the refund will be processed.

8.   Customer will receive their refund within 7-10 working days after the confirmation.

9.   Should you do not receive the refund after 10 working days, please contact us.
